Walgreens Diaper Run

Well, there was a bit of a scare at our house the past week!  We were getting low on diapers!  The last time I bought them they were nearly free at Walgreens…..and I wasn’t about to pay anywhere close to retail price for them now!

This week Walgreens has a Huggies Diaper Deal.  Buy $25 in participating products receive $5 RR.  There are $2/1 printables HERE.  If you have the Walgreens Coloring Book, there is a $1/1 coupon for Huggies in it!  The jumbo packages are $8.99 this week.  Here is how it works:

$26.97 -  WYB  3 packages of Huggies @ $8.99 ea

- $6 – When you use 3 - $2/1 Huggies coupons (when you have printed your limit there, you can check your 11/17 SS inserts – there should be lower value coupons there)

- $3 – When you use $1/1 Walgreens Coloring Book Coupon (will deduct $1 each for your three packages of diapers for a total of $3)

EQUALS:  $17.97

RECEIVE: $5 RR

Price per package (after RRs / Coupons):  $4.32

Now, I must say that this is a bit higher than I would like to pay, but seeing that we are nearly out, I figure I better get a few packages while I can get them at this price!

5 – Valentines Day Pencils (use Wags in AD coupon $5/1)  These were my fillers b/c I paid for this transaction with RRs.  I needed these so that my quantity of items was equal to or greater than the number of coupons I was using!

Total Numbers:

Used:  $22 in RRs

Paid:  $.94 in cash

Earned: $10 in RRs

FINAL SPENT:  after RRs are figured:  $12.94
